How does ordering a Diamond Painting from your own photo or picture work?

Please follow this step-by-step plan, do not place an order without a preliminary request!

Step 1, Pre-application:

- At the bottom of this page you will find the option to send your photo to us, fill in the requested information and an indication of the desired format.
- After we have received the photo, we will assess it for quality and suitability and we will send you a digital sample via email so that you have an indication of how the final Diamond Painting would be in a certain format. You may receive multiple digital samples (in different formats, and / or multiple images if more than 1 photo / image has been submitted)

Step 2, Order

- You place (after you have made a choice on the basis of the samples sent) the order yourself in the regular manner via our webshop, add the digital sample of your choice to the order during the order so that we can process it faster. When ordering, please use the same email address as used for the pre-application!

- You choose to let us create the order for you, you send us the information that you are asked to do by email. After we have created the order for you, you will receive an order confirmation and a payment link by email.

Step 3, agree

- After the order is ready and payment has been made, you will receive an email from us containing the digital example that was ultimately chosen. In this email we ask for your approval on this digital example, we do this so that it is clear to both you and us that we are going to make the Diamond Painting of the correct image / photo in the correct format. (If you have added the digital sample to your order yourself, we will skip this step.)
- Also keep an eye on your Inbox junk / spam, unfortunately it happens that our emails end up there!
- You must respond to this email with your agreement, otherwise we cannot take the Diamond Painting into production.

Step 4, Patience

This is the simplest but perhaps the most difficult step for you; patience. As soon as we have received the order and your approval, we will make the Diamond Painting for you, take into account a delivery time of +/- 2 to 3 weeks from the moment of approval.

Step 5, Enjoy

Enjoy! You have received the Diamond Painting and can now start.
It is not entirely unimportant to know that our Diamond Paintings are very carefully packaged and delivered complete, everything you need is in the package: of course the canvas and the stones, but also a tool kit (pen, tweezers, wax & shaker tray. Diamond Paintings formats we even supply 2 toolkits), clear Dutch manual and a clear checklist (with additional instructions)

A custom Diamond Painting will never look exactly the same as the original photo, this is especially the case with older and lower quality photos. You cannot derive any rights from the digital preview.

Note: If you upload your photo here, this is not a definitive order, just a preliminary request for assessment (and receiving a digital example) of the photo!

* Please make sure that you receive a confirmation in your mailbox after sending the form, if you have not received it, this means that the form has not been sent correctly and we have not received the photo!
